Kishtwar police of Jammu and Kashmir have arrested a former terrorist of Hizbul Mujahideen who had been evading arrest for 19 years. A police spokesman said on Saturday a special police party carried out raids at various locations on the basis of specific information, and arrested the former terrorist, identified as Dulla alias Jameel, at Kundwar village in Chatroo area of Kishtwar district.
