The first Instant Pot hit the market in 2010 and cooking at home hasn't been the same since.

Dramatic? Not really. The ability to slash cooking time and get creative in the kitchen without having to buy multiple appliances (yogurt anyone?) can be a lifesaver amid an often hectic schedule.

8 surprising things I learned after testing an electric bike for a year

For a little over 12 months, I've been testing the same model of the same $4,000 electric bike, the Gazelle CityZen Speed T10. This may seem an excessive amount of time; normally, bike reviewers might spend a few hours or a day or a week in the saddle.
